Spinach shall meet all requirements of USDA Standard for Grades of Frozen Spinach.Product has been washed, sorted, blanched to ensure a negative peroxidase and individually quick frozen. This product is manufactured as an ingredient and is not considered ready to eat. Further processing is recommended.
