A smooth, creamy white paste, this butter spreads easily at room temperature and has a variety of culinary applications. It can replace butter, cream and cream cheese in most recipes and easily blends into sauces and dressings, desserts, smoothies and baked goods. No refrigeration is required. Storage and Shelf Life
|
Store in cool, dry, odor-free area without direct exposure to sunlight and away from walls. If separation of phases occurs, stir for consistency. Store at 15-21°C and ~50% relative humidity. Development of slight “off” coloration does not affect quality of product. Best to use within 8 months if stored at ambient tropical temperature (25-35°C). Shelf life 8 to 12 months.
