Blanched Whole Almonds 27/30

Our almonds are grown in California and processed at our facility in Vietnam. Our Blanched Whole Almonds 27/30 are creamy, smooth almonds that have undergone a blanching process, where the skin is removed from the almond and put through a warm bath, a process called plasticizing, making the almond so soft that the skin can be pinched right off. These almonds are often further processed into sliced, slivered, or diced almonds. They are perfect for roasting and covering in chocolate or yogurt. This product is certified gluten-free, Halal, Kosher, and vegan-friendly.
