Shelf Life & Storage Conditions 24 months, recommended storage temperature and humidity range is 15 – 21 °C at 20-50% humidity. Store indoor out of sunlight and away from walls. Avoid storage in high moisture areas. Development of slight off-coloration does not affect the wholesome quality of the product. Please note, the weight of the product and cooler storage temperatures will cause the product to stick together and seem solid. Please raise the core temp to 78°F to help revert the product into a more flowing, powdery state.
