As per QAI – you reconstitute to a 1X by adding 14 parts water to 1 part HYDROFLORATE® Concentrate, the INCI name is still the same as the 1X and you don’t have to list the water added to reconstitute to the ingredient deck. Organic labeling claims on multi-ingredient products must be made by the manufacturer that places the label on the consumer packaging under federal law appearing at 7 C.F.R. Part 205. |
